Congratulations to the GWEP partner sites who are recognized by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) as Age-Friendly Health Systems Participants (Level 1) and Age-Friendly Health Systems – Committed to Care Excellence (Level 2)!
As of June 2026, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) has recognized 208 partners sites as Level 1 and 56 partner sites as Level 2. The sites recognized as Level 1 are partnered with 28 of the Cohort 3 GWEPs and the Level 2 recognized sites represent 18 Cohort 3 GWEPs.
