This Live activity, The Impact of Mental Health Aging, with a beginning date of 04/06/2018, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 6.50 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 7 hours toward certification or recertification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine. This program has been pre-approved by The Commission for Case Manager Certification to provide continuing education credit to CCM® board certified case managers.  The course is approved for 6.5 CE contact hour(s). 

   

NCIA (Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility Managers and Administrators)

    This program has been approved by the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers for 6.5 continuing education credits for managers and administrators of long term care and assisted living facilities.
