Physicians

This Live activity, The Impact of Mental Health Aging, with a beginning date of 04/06/2018, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 6.50 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Medical Directors (CMD)

This live activity has been pre-approved by the American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) for a total of 7 hours toward certification or recertification as a Certified Medical Director (CMD) in post-acute and long-term care medicine.
