The Minnesota Association of Geriatrics Inspired Clinicians (MAGIC) 2021 Annual Conference will address major clinical, policy and leadership issues related to care of older adults and those in long-term care settings in Minnesota. Ashton Applewhite, internationally recognized author of This Chair Rocks: A Manifesto Against Ageism will present the keynote address. Other topics will include challenging practical issues such as sleep disturbances, diabetes, and more, what we have learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, recent changes in long-term care regulations, and self-care for professionals.
