The University of California San Francisco is excited to invite you to join the new Age-Friendly Health Systems (AFHS) Research Network! This network is being launched by a team at UCSF and Wash U under a grant from The John A. Hartford Foundation to support collaboration, networking, and resource sharing among the AFHS research community. If you are interested in advancing the evidence-base for AFHS and the 4Ms Framework in diverse care settings and populations nationwide, the AFHS Research Network is for you! It is open to anyone at any career stage and with no need for formal research training. Sign up here.
To support the launch of the Research Network, please consider attending the IHI’s Friends of Age-Friendly call on Monday, October 7, 2024 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM ET.
