The purpose of the conference is to develop and advance a research and policy agenda that invigorates change for PAC by engaging diverse stakeholders representing PAC research, policy, and industry. Our goal is to generate promising solutions by encouraging cross-talk among attendees from different fields with varying perspectives.
The conference will include presentations by PAC leaders in clinical care, physical therapy, home health care, skilled nursing care, and long-term acute care. Applications for trainee stipends are available. View current agenda here.
