The CDC, The John A. Hartford Foundation, and other stakeholder organizations are holding two upcoming webinars intended to connect public health and long-term care organizations during their planning and implementation of activities funded by the Nursing Home and Long-term Care Facilities Strike Teams and Infrastructure Project of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.The intended audience for these webinars are all sections of state departments of health that have a role in pandemic response (including project directors for the ELC Cooperative Agreement, HAI/AR prevention, preparedness, surveyors) and state/local stakeholder organizations representing nursing homes and all long-term care providers, clinical staff, residents and families, state quality improvement partners and appropriate state licensing boards.
