The NIH Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity (COSWD) office is hosting its fourth Scientific Workforce Diversity Seminar Series (SWDSS) event of the 2022–2023 season on Wednesday, June 14, 10:30 a.m. –12:00 p.m. ET. The event, “How Does Mentoring Impact Diversity in the Biomedical and Behavioral Research Workforce?,” will feature a panel sharing their evaluations on the impact of mentoring on researchers’ career paths. The panelists will also discuss the importance of theoretical models and future directions for building an inclusive environment through mentorship.
