The purpose of this funding opportunity is to evaluate the effectiveness of medication tapering and/or discontinuation strategies to reduce falls and other unintentional injuries among older adults. The research will advance knowledge about how health professionals can improve medication prescribing practices to reduce falls, overdose, and other injuries in community dwelling older adults.
